Program Requirements
To enroll, the following documentation may be required:
- Soils report (if available)
- Floor plans
- Pre-pour inspection
- Frame and final inspections (if outside jurisdiction)
- Foundation design plans
- Pier inspection (if applicable)
- Stressing certification for post-tension slabs
- City final inspection or Certificate of Occupancy
