If You Believe You Have a Warranty Claim

If you believe a condition in your home may be covered under the StrucSure Home Warranty Express Limited Warranty provided by your builder, please complete the short form below.

If Your Home Is Enrolled in First Call

If your home is enrolled in the First Call Warranty Service Program, please do not complete the general claim form.
Instead, submit your Emergency Notification or Warranty Service Request through the First Call portal. These requests are handled by a separate department to ensure faster response.

Review Your Warranty Coverage

Your Express Limited Warranty Coverage Booklet contains important details about what is covered and how claims are handled. Reviewing it before submitting a request can help set clear expectations.
